Direct offer

If there is a Customer who is interested in the offer ad of the Supplier and decides to negotiate, the offer will be acquired automatically from the platform.

Price Negotiation

If the Customer wants to negotiate a product for a price lower than the one offered in the direct offer, he/she can call for a Price Negotiation. If the Customer demands a product during the Price Negotiation, a pop-up screen will appear where it will be indicated, the quantity and the price that the User demanded.

If the Customer is interested in any of the published offers, they can demand it from the list of matches by clicking the Contact button in the respective ad of interest.

Price Negotiation

After inviting several Suppliers to a Price Negotiation, the Customer can choose between the proposals submitted during the rounds of the negotiation.

How to participate in a Price Negotiation?

Price Negotiation is the mechanism that allows suppliers and customers to reach the best business agreement. OILPLAT uses an automatic system that facilitates the operations between the parties.

The Customer is the only one who can create the Price Negotiation by inviting each of their matches.

Any Supplier with acurrent offer ad and is invited by a Customer can participate in the Price Negotiation.

The absence of the Customer does not affect the participation in the process of selecting the product with the best price.

Price Negotiation rounds

Each round lasts 60 seconds. During the rounds the Customer may evaluate the Price Proposals presented by the Suppliers, and may view the details. The best proposal will be highlighted and will have the option to be accepted before the end of the round countdown.

In case the Customer does not choose a product in this period, the platform will automatically start a new round, and so on until the negotiation is closed.

Between each round the Supplier has a period of 60 seconds to establish the price for the next round. If the Supplier is operating in manual mode, can adjust the price and decreasing price proposal. Otherwise, the platform will act automatically and negotiate on their behalf under the conditions previously established.
